EXIT LIQUIDITY: The Game — Privacy Policy
Last updated: 27 October 2026
This policy describes the current iOS version of EXIT LIQUIDITY: The Game, published by ObedientAmbition, Unipessoal LDA (Lagosta Games), Lisbon, Portugal. The Android edition is in development; this policy will be updated before its release.
Playing the game
EXIT LIQUIDITY has no player account, sign-in, advertising, analytics SDK or cross-app tracking. The game does not upload gameplay or personal data to a developer server. Its market, chat participants, investigator and currencies are fictional and generated on your device.
Local saves and settings
The app stores your career, active run, fictional names you enter, run history, achievements, endings, purchase ownership status and preferences in local app storage. It uses this information to run the game, resume progress and remember your settings.
The app does not operate a cloud save service. iOS may include app data in system backups or device transfers according to your device settings. We do not receive or operate those backups. Reset Career replaces the career stored by the app; deleting the app removes its local app data. Copies in existing system backups may remain until you remove them through the relevant backup service. Resetting your career does not delete store purchase records.
Optional purchases
Apple's App Store processes the full-game unlock, THE CABAL, their combined purchase and THE VANITY PACK. The app receives product information and verified transaction information through StoreKit to grant, restore or revoke access. It stores ownership status locally and does not send receipts to a developer server. We do not receive your payment-card or bank-account details.
Apple manages its own purchase records, fraud prevention, refunds and platform diagnostics under its Privacy Policy and your platform settings. The developer may receive store-provided sales reports and diagnostics; the game contains no separate analytics or crash-reporting SDK.
