Email stores@lagostaventures.com with your device model, operating-system version, app version and a short description of what happened. You can find the app version in Settings. Screenshots of the issue can help; remove any personal information you do not want to share. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or store account credentials.
The free game and optional purchases
Your first three complete runs are free. The EXIT LIQUIDITY purchase unlocks the full career. THE CABAL adds four factions and two endings and requires the full game. EXIT LIQUIDITY + THE CABAL includes both. THE VANITY PACK adds Gold and Yacht skins with no gameplay advantage; it requires the full game and is not included in the combined game and Cabal purchase.
These are one-time purchases. There are no ads, subscriptions, paid in-game currency or loot boxes. Prices are shown by the store before you confirm. Everything traded within the game is fictional and has no real-world value.
Restore a purchase on iOS
Open Settings → purchases → restore purchases. Use the Apple Account that originally made the purchase and an internet connection. Restore Purchases restores ownership without charging you again; it does not recover a saved career. A payment or family-approval request must finish before access unlocks.
If an item remains locked, confirm that the purchase completed in your App Store purchase history and try restoring again. Contact us if the problem continues. Avoid uninstalling the game as a purchase troubleshooting step: it can remove your career. Refund requests are handled by Apple through Report a Problem.
Your career and device changes
The game saves your career automatically in local app storage. It has no game account or developer-operated cloud save service. Your device's backup or transfer features may include app data, depending on your settings; we cannot recover a career from our servers.
Settings → career → reset career permanently resets the career in the app. It does not cancel store purchases or erase copies already held in device backups. Manage those through your backup provider. Deleting the app can remove local progress.
Language, sound and appearance
Play in portrait orientation. Settings includes language, sound, volume and haptic controls. If you own THE VANITY PACK, choose its Gold or Yacht skin in Settings.
Android release
The Android edition is in development. Android purchase and restore instructions will be added here before release.
