Frontier Lab — Privacy Policy

This policy describes Frontier Lab for iPhone, iPad and Android, published by ObedientAmbition, Unipessoal LDA (Lagosta Games), Lisbon, Portugal.
Playing Frontier Lab
Frontier Lab does not require an account. It has no advertising, analytics SDK, tracking or automatic gameplay uploads to us. We do not collect personal data through gameplay.
Campaigns and settings
The game stores campaigns, settings, company history and AI Field Guide progress in local app storage. Optional beta playtest counters are off by default; when enabled in Settings, they record gameplay events locally and are only shared if you choose to export them.
Your device's operating system may include app data in its backup or device-transfer services, depending on your settings. Android system backup is enabled. These services are controlled by your device platform; we do not receive or operate those backups. Frontier Lab does not provide its own cloud save service.
Removing the app or clearing its app data removes its local data. Copies in operating-system backups or files you have exported may remain; manage those through the relevant device, storage or backup service.
Files you export
You can export campaign backups and optional playtest counters. The game creates a file and opens your device's sharing interface. You choose where the file goes. We receive a file only if you choose to send it to us, for example with a support request. Keep campaign backups somewhere you trust.
Purchases
Apple's App Store or Google Play handles the Full Lab unlock and optional cosmetic purchases. The app receives product and purchase information to verify ownership, unlock purchases and restore them. We do not receive your payment-card or bank-account details. Purchase records and refunds are managed by the store under its own policies.
Support correspondence
If you email stores@lagostaventures.com, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to respond to your request and resolve the issue, and keep them only as long as reasonably necessary for support and applicable record-keeping obligations. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or store account credentials.
Your choices and rights
You control local app data, optional playtest counters, exports and operating-system backups. To request access, correction or deletion of support correspondence we hold, contact the email above. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing and receive a portable copy. You can raise a concern with Portugal's Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados or your local data-protection authority.
Children
The game does not knowingly collect personal information through gameplay, including from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has sent us personal information through support can contact us to request deletion.
This website and policy updates
This policy concerns the mobile game. Website visits are covered by our company privacy policy. We will update this page and its date when Frontier Lab's practices change.
