Free chapter and Full Lab
The first two in-game years of each campaign are free. The Full Lab is a one-time purchase that continues the same company beyond the free chapter and unlocks founder challenges. Office styles, Team Wardrobe, Office Pets and the Founder's Collection are optional cosmetics. The Founder's Collection contains the cosmetics; the Full Lab is a separate purchase. There are no ads or subscriptions.
Restore a purchase
Open STORE on the title screen, or HQ → SETTINGS → STORE during a campaign, then choose RESTORE PURCHASES. Use the Apple Account or Google account that made the purchase. A pending payment or family approval must complete before the item unlocks. Purchases do not transfer between the Apple and Google stores.
If an item is still locked, check your connection and store account, then try Restore Purchases again. Email us if the issue continues. Refund requests are handled by the store where you purchased the item.
Protect your campaign
Campaigns save automatically on your device. Use the campaign export/import controls in HQ → SETTINGS to keep a backup before changing devices or removing the app. Restoring purchases restores ownership, not a campaign. The game has no account-based cloud save service; operating-system backups depend on your device settings.
If saving fails, the game pauses and offers a retry. Keep the game open and retry; export a backup if available before troubleshooting. Avoid uninstalling or clearing app data to fix a purchase issue, because that can remove your campaign.
Sound, display and controls
Play in landscape. SOUND & DISPLAY is available from the title screen and settings are also available during a campaign. You can adjust text size, music and effects, haptics, reduced motion and battery saver. Menus pause the simulation.
