This Privacy Policy explains how ObedientAmbition, Unipessoal LDA ("ObedientAmbition", "we", "us", or "our"), operating under the LagostaVentures brand and as the publisher of the game SandPile (the "App"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the App. We are committed to handling your data responsibly and in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Portuguese law.

- Contact details (such as your email address) when you reach out to us for support or enquiries.
- Any content you submit, such as feedback, reviews, or correspondence.

- App activity and in-game actions, such as levels played, progress, settings, and feature usage, to improve the experience and fix bugs.
- Device and technical information, such as device type, operating system, app version, and crash diagnostics.
- Identifiers used for analytics and advertising, as permitted by your device settings.
- Approximate (coarse) location, where used by our advertising partners to deliver relevant ads. SandPile does not require or collect precise GPS location to function.
SandPile may contain advertising and may offer optional in-app purchases. Data privacy and security practices may vary based on your use, region, and age. Data handled by the App is encrypted in transit.
3. How we use your information
- To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the App.
- To personalise content and deliver relevant advertising.
- To analyse usage, diagnose technical problems, and develop new features.

- App platforms such as Google Play and the Apple App Store, in line with their own terms and policies.

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. SandPile is not directed at children for the purpose of collecting personal data. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children in a manner that requires verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
10. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries outside your own. Where we transfer data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
